Denise Paolini is a Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner, (EEMCP), with specialties in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, brain health, and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia and women’s health issues. She started her holistic healing journey by dealing with her own health crisis.
In the year 2000, Denise landed in the emergency room twice with a severe allergic reaction and asthma. Other debilitating symptoms developed like chronic fatigue, extreme brain fog and memory loss. She also developed debilitating panic attacks and was diagnosed with clinical depression. It was later discovered that a long exposure to a mold infested office coupled with a severe mold allergy caused her health crisis.
Western medicine helped her discover what caused her illness and prescribed medicine to treat her symptoms, but did not give her a way to get her health back to where it had been before the mold exposure. She wanted her energy back. She wanted her endurance back. She wanted her memory and communication skills back. She wanted her life back! She would find a way.
On Denise’s quest to recovery she discovered a fantastic integrative physician who introduced her to proper nutrition and holistic healing therapies. Denise changed her eating, her lifestyle and environment but never quite got her memory or total vitality back. She continued studying many different healing modalities and self-awareness programs.
In 2012, she took a two-day class that introduced her to Eden Energy Medicine exercises and techniques. Eurika! Here was the missing puzzle piece to her health. She immediately felt the difference in her health and decided to study further. Her memory and vitality improved so much that she was able to take the intensive two-year certification classes in Eden Energy Medicine and became an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner, (EEMCP), in 2015. It was a dream come true for Denise to study Eden Energy Medicine with the legendary Energy Medicine healer and teacher, Donna Eden.
Denise is passionate about teaching Eden Energy Medicine and other Energy Medicine techniques to empower people to successfully manage their unique health issues and goals. These tools are free, available 24 hours a day and easy to learn. With healthcare costs rising, and many people unable to afford them, it is a crucial time to learn self-care techniques.
Denise is the creator of her trademarked Energy Medicine Movement® Class and Energy Medicine Movement® Chair Class. The class movements are based on Donna Eden’s Daily Energy Routine combined with low impact stretches and moves from Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Touch for Health, and interpretive dance. All movements are set to slow and calm uplifting, affirmation music. The music is filled with messages of empowerment, healing and joy.
Denise loves learning. Currently, she is studying website creation with Christina Hills and building her own website. She is also studying Crystal Healing. She has taken workshops with Dr. Joe Dispenza, author of You Are the Placebo, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and Becoming Supernatural; Nick Ortner, author of The Tapping Solution, The Tapping Solution for Manifesting Your Greatest Self and The Tapping Solution for Pain Relief; Kyle Grey author of Raise Your Vibration, Light Warrior and Angels Whisper In My Ear; and Lodro Rinzler, author of How To Love Yourself , The Buddha Walks Into A Bar and Love Hurts.
In 2012, Denise completed a life-coach training program called The Heart Intelligence (HIQ) Coach Training Academy under the tutelage of Christian Pankhurst. This emotion–based coaching program is defined by Pankhurst as, “the art of feeling more joy through the process of accepting who you are as you are, without making yourself wrong.” When you can accept all parts of you, then you can release emotional energy stuck in the body and feel fully alive without fear, guilt or shame. After all, emotion is just energy in motion.
Denise is a Reiki Master, Level III Usui. She has also studied Feminine Power with Katherine Woodward Thomas and Claire Zammit, Ph.D.
